Hi everyone. My name is Sean Ziegler. I've been fishing since...... Well I believe I was too young to remember and now I'm 32 and still can't get enough of the sport. Until recently I was a resident of world famous Smithers, BC were I was a fishing buddy of the originator of this site (go Donnie).

I have two main passion within the sport; Big springs and silver steelies. I am some what new to the art of steelhead fly fishing but have many years behind me seeking out and targeting trout and salmon. On most days that I wasn't working I could be found on the Skeena river looking for the big Chinook or in the fall on the banks of the Bulkley River being amazed by Don's ability to find the big Steelhead and being out fished as well.

I'm a big fan of Don's flies and can guarantee nobody makes a better fly. Until recently I was also the manager of the Fishing Dept. in a local sporting goods store and have a fairly large knowledge base when it comes to rods, reels, lines and everything else that goes with the kit.

I am currently in Nanaimo BC and desperate to find some good water to fish on the island. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone out there who may be looking for a new fishing buddy drop me a message. I work shifts and those four days off can be boring without weting a line.
